Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form the closing surface part which provides the projection and which is perfectly air-tightened at the closing surface part integrally with the tube body and to avoid the repair with welding, etc., even if the case is the thick tube body like the outer tube cylinder of the hydraulic buffer.
CONSTITUTION: After a closing surface part 2 is formed with spinning at an end 1a of a tube body 1, a projection 11 is formed at the inner surface of the closing surface part 2 with a forming punch 11 while pressurizing a top closed part 2a of the closing surface part 2 with a pressurizing punch 8.
