Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular wheel rim having a hump portion of excellent dimensional accuracy.
SOLUTION: A first claw 30 and a second claw 32 holding a work (a vehicular wheel rim) W are stopped at predetermined position. An annular supporting member 160 is abutted on an end face of a curled portion C1 of the work W. Next, a right first die 16b is closed, and the curled portion C1 and an outer circumferential wall surface are supported by a supporting die 106 of the right first die 16b. Similarly, a left first die 16a is closed, and the curled portion C1 and the outer circumferential wall surface are supported by the supporting die 106 of the left first die 16a. In addition, a roller die 124 is abutted on an inner circumferential wall surface of the work W by advancing a long rod 136. The roller die 124 is turned along the circumferential direction thereof.
