Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a disk of a wheel for a vehicle excellent in the yield of a material and in the quality and with less increase of equipment cost.
SOLUTION: This method for forming and working a disk comprises a process to form a circular ring, a process to prepare a first disk roughly formed product 12 by swinging/forming and tilting this circular ring against the axis core at the die between a first projecting die 14 and a first recessed die 16, a process to prepare a second disk roughly formed product 22 by swinging/ forming and tilting the first disk roughly formed product 12 against the axis core of the die between a second projecting die 18 and a second recessed die 20 and a process for spinning and working a rising part 22a of the second disk roughly formed product 22.
