To solve shortage of electric quantity during traveling of an EV vehicle and a hybrid vehicle.

A tire independent of traveling is prepared so as to be capable of charging anytime during traveling by rotating a motor of a generator to generate an electric power owing to energy generated naturally when the vehicle is traveling. The tire is rotated and the motor of the generator is rotated for electric power generation, so that continuous charging is possible anytime. Also, a windmill independent of traveling is prepared. When a propeller of the windmill is rotated, the rotation is transmitted to a rotating shaft to rotate the motor of the generator for electric power generation to allow continuous charging anytime. Further, the rotation of the rotating shaft of a traveling tire and the rotation of the tire are transmitted to the generator motor by combining transmitting devices such as belt, gear, axial rod, and joint, so that electric power is generated to allow continuous charging anytime.
