Abstract:
To provide a method of generating a prediction model related to a coil-shaped steel plate capable of achieving both prevention of a surface of a coil-shaped steel plate from being wet and improvement of a cooling ability of the coil-shaped steel plate and capable of cooling the coil-shaped steel plate highly efficiently without generating corrosion in the coil-shaped steel plate, a cooling method of a coil-shaped steel plate, a manufacturing method of a coil-shaped steel plate, and a cooling facility of a coil-shaped steel plate.SOLUTION: A method of generating a prediction model related to a coil-shaped steel plate includes steps of: acquiring component information on a coil-shaped steel plate S, an operation parameter of the coil-shaped steel plate S, and actual data in manufacturing the coil-shaped steel plate S; and receiving the component information and the operation parameter as input data and generating by machine learning a prediction model of predicting a state of the coil-shaped steel plate S in a cooling floor CF using the actual data as training data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
