Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating a recycled fuel oil from a waste synthetic resin especially capable of removing risk of explosion in a melting process and increasing thermal conductive efficiency in a heating process in a technology for treating the waste synthetic resin causing environmental pollution.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A method includes a process for generating a synthetic resin crushed article by crushing a waste synthetic resin by a crusher, a process for generating a mixture for purification by mixing viscosity lubricant-based waste oil for increasing thermal conductive efficiency to the synthetic resin crushed article by a mixer, a process for inputting the mixture for purification to a thermal decomposition reactor by a supply hopper, a process for heating and melting the input mixture for purification in the thermal decomposition reactor, a process for concentrating organic gas generated in the thermal decomposition reactor in a thermal decomposition condenser to discharge a recycled fuel oil, can remove risk of explosion in a melting process of the thermal decomposition reactor, improve thermal conductive efficiency and enhance production speed of the recycled fuel oil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
