Title:
METHOD FOR GENERATING TIRE ANALYSIS MODEL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3892652
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating a tire analysis model for preventing deterioration in accuracy while the number of elements and the number of nodes are reduced and the calculating time is shortened when a composite body is modeled.
SOLUTION: In the method, a tire having the composite body F where one or more code layers 10 and rubber layers 11 including topping rubber tg arranged in the code layers 10 are laminated is substituted for a finite element operated by a finite element method and the tire analyses model 1 is generated. The composite body F is substituted for a model element Em whose expansion/ contraction and flexible rigidity are approximated to the composite body F. The model element Em is constituted of a shell element Es becoming the reference of the calculation of stress in the composite body F, and integration points I1 to I8 of the shell element Es, which correspond to the respective code layers 10 and the rubber layers 11 in the composite body F.
