Abstract:
To provide a method for heat-molding a belt-like film having excellent buckling strength while improving fluidity of the film at the time of fabrication.
A pair of heaters are used to heat a heating face 7a of an area of A1×B1 whose respective sizes are approximately 1.2 times an area A2×B2 of an opening of a mold 7b from both faces of a belt-like film to be heat-fabricated with feed holes 13 provided on a side belt, and the mold 7b is heat-fabricated by a mold punch or a mold die on the heating face 7a to provide the method. Fabrication or buckling strength of the mold 7b can be improved, and even a mold having a large draw depth in fabrication can be manufactured with stable quality.
