Abstract:
To provide a heat-treating apparatus and a heat-treating method for plastics effective for preventing the clogging of system with sublimate and enabling easy removal of the sublimate from recovered organic solvent.
A plastic material is heat-treated by heating and melting in a reaction vessel 1 in a state mixed with an organic solvent and the solvent is evaporated and removed from the reaction vessel 1. The evaporated organic solvent is passed through a 2nd waste gas introducing line and introduced into the liquid 21 in a liquid container 20. The liquid 21 in the liquid container 20 is transferred to a solid-liquid separator 24 to remove the sublimate and cooled with a condenser 25.
