Abstract:
To provide a method of hydroforming in which a hollow aluminum extruded material by port hole extrusion by which expanding and forming equal to a mandrel extruded material are made possible is used.
This material is a hollow aluminum extruded material which is formed by the port hole extrusion or cold-worked after that forming. A material in which both average grain diameters of the base material and the welded part of the hollow aluminum material are 100 m and the difference between the average grain diameters of the base material and the welded part is 15 m is set to an upper and lower dies and the hydroforming for expanding and forming it so as to match to a die is performed.
