PURPOSE: To reduce manhours for defining printer information(PI) and to sup press human errors.

CONSTITUTION: The number of printers is received by a means 21 based upon a reference request for the number of printers which is outputted from a means 13, acquired by a means 22 and then transmitted by a means 24. A means 14 receives the number of printers, a means 15 secures an area 16, and when a means 25 receives a PI reference request outputted from a means 17, a means 26 acquires PI and a means 27 transmits the PI. When a means 18 receives the transmitted PI, a means 19 stores the PI 101 in the area 16. At the time of inputting a job execution command, a means 102 refers to the PI 101 and executes a job and a means 104 transfers a report 103. When a means 28 receives report 103, an output part 29 outputs the received report.
