Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving a dissolution profile of a biologically active material.SOLUTION: A method for improving the dissolution profile of a biologically active material comprises a step of dry milling a solid biologically active material and a millable grinding matrix in a mill, for a time period sufficient to produce particles of the biologically active material dispersed in an at least partially milled grinding material. The particles have an average particle diameter of 1 μm or more, determined on a particle number basis.
