Abstract:
To provide a method for improving elution property of hardly dispersible medicines such as 11-{4-[2-(2-hydroxyethoxy)ethyl]-1-piperazinyl}dibenzo[b,f][1,4]thiazepine.
The method for improving the elution property of the hardly dispersible medicines comprises adding a floating assistant such as water-insoluble cellulose, sodium alginate, propylene glycol alginate, powdered tragacanth or xanthane gum to the hardly dispersible medicines, then adding, if nessesary, a surfactant such as sodium lauryl sulfate thereto and producing a granulated substance thereof.
