Abstract:

PURPOSE: To safely improve the flavor of a beverage into a good one without using aromatizing by mixing a beverage such as skim milk powder having deteriorated savor and flavor with edible fats and oils and then removing the edible fats and oils.

CONSTITUTION: A beverage poor in flavor is mixed with edible fats and oils, which are then removed. A mixing nozzle, etc., capable of discharging the beverage in a fine particle diameter into the edible fats and oils are preferably used as the objective apparatus for mixing the beverage with the edible fats and oils. A milk separator, etc., are preferably used as a separator for separating the beverage from the edible fats and oils for the purpose of continuously separating the beverage from the edible fats and oils having a difference in specific gravity.
