Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for improving the hardness and stain resistance of precoated metal plate, while its workability is unchanged.
CONSTITUTION: The polymerization reaction and crosslinking reaction of the surface of thermosetting resin film are accelerated by simultaneously applying infrared rays having the range of wavenumber of 4,000cm-1-400cm-1 and far infrared rays for the period of time beyond 15-60sec on the thermosetting resin applied as the uppermost layer coating film of precoated metal layer, resulting in improving its hardness and stain resistance under the condition that its workability is kept unchanged.
