To provide a novel method for improving the mouthfeel of food or drink, medicine or oral care products.SOLUTION: The present invention pertains to a method for improving the mouthfeel of food or drink, medicine or oral care products, the method comprising: a step of adding 2×10-8×102 ppb of γ-aminobutyric acid and 10-2-9×10 ppb of naringenin to food or drink, medicine or oral care products requiring mouthfeel improvement so that the mass ratio of γ-aminobutyric acid to naringenin (γ-aminobutyric acid/naringenin) becomes 10-104; or a step of adding 2×10-1-9×103 ppb of γ-aminobutyric acid and 7×10-2-9×10-1 ppb of naringenin thereto so that the mass ratio of γ-aminobutyric acid to naringenin (γ-aminobutyric acid/naringenin) becomes 10-104.SELECTED DRAWING: None
