Abstract:
To provide a means for improving functions of a tire while following conditions of a ready-made tire only by subjecting ordinary air to be supplied into the tire to a simple treatment.
Upon charging a tire 1 with air, a hollow container 4 in which a large number or short pipes 3 are stored is connected midway an air inlet pipe 2 for feeding air into the tire 1 to allow the air to pass through the inside of the hollow container.
