PURPOSE: To obtain easily a gas having heat increased to a desired quantity of heat, by blending part of liquefied natural gas taken out from a subordinate path to a main path with a liquefied petroleum gas flowing in another path, vaporizing the blend and mixing the vaporized gas with a vaporized natural gas.
CONSTITUTION: Part of liquefied natural gas (LNG) taken out from a main path to a subordinate path is blended with a liquefied petroleum gas flowing in another path in a liquid-liquid state, the blend is vaporized by using a relatively low-temperature heat source such as sea water, etc., to form a blended gas having a quantity of heat a little higher than a require quantity of heat. Then, the blended gas is mixed with a natural gas obtained by vaporizing part of the rest of LNG flowing the main path, to obtain a thermally increased natural gas having a desired quantity of heat.
