Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a novel Wnt/β-catenin signal transduction inhibiting agent.SOLUTION: A Wnt signal transduction inhibiting agent comprises an optically active non-symmetric bisindole represented by the formula (1) as an active ingredient. In the formula, Rand Rcan be each independently H, Me, Et, Bn, Ts, Ms, Ac, Bz, MOM, MEM, SEM or Alloc. X and Y can be each independently H, Me, Et, Bn, halogen, alkoxy, amino, an acyl group or a nitro group. X and Y may be plurally bonded to any positions on the benzene ring of indole or an oxindole skeleton.
