Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of preventing part damage from taking place when the program of a different unit is written mistakenly and carried out and the like in a device composed of a plurality of units equipped with the same type CPU.
SOLUTION: This method is used for the device that includes the CPU in which at least a memory area and the addresses of a part of an I/O area are configured in the same manner and the plurality of units equipped with an electric circuit board for control where its program can be written from the outside. The electric circuit board for control has an ID number storing part for storing an ID number allocated differently from the other board in a read port to which rewriting can not be made from the CPU. The ID number stored in the ID number storing part is read for performing the program and compared with an ID in the program held by the fore mentioned program, and when the ID number coincides with the ID, the port for sensor, an actuator, etc., as its object is subjected to initialization processing.
