Abstract:
PURPOSE: In the production of a composite pipe having an enlarged part, an elastic part is laid previously in the base side of an enlarged recess, into which a resin is injected and packed by pressure in the recess well.
CONSTITUTION: An elastic material 9 such as a rubber, a sponge, etc. is put in the base side of the enlarged recess 3 formed by the supporting pin 6 and the metal connecting part 2, and a resinous material is injected into the recess 3 under uniform pressure all over the elastic material 9 by preventing hardening due to the rapid cooling, thus forming the resin pipe 1 having the thick-wall part 1' well.
