Title:
METHOD FOR INJECTION-MOLDING MULTILAYERED HOLLOW BODY MADE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3515563
Kind Code:
B
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for injection-molding a multilayered hollow body made of a synthetic resin, capable of inexpensively molding even a multilayered hollow body uniform in thickness and having a complicated shape.
SOLUTION: A single-layer hollow body (Tab) is molded by primary molding for injection-molding a pair of half hollow bodies using a fixed mold and a slide mold so as to have protruded parts and secondary molding for molding the hollow body from a pair of the half hollow bodies by bonding the protruded parts of a pair of the half hollow bodies obtained by the primary molding. This single-layer hollow body (Tab) is inserted in the recessed parts (31 and 41) formed by a fixed mold (30) and a movable mold (40) and a molten resin is injected in the cavity (Cs) formed by the outer surface of the inserted single- layer hollow body (Tab) and the inner surfaces of the recessed parts (31 and 41) to mold an outer layer (Ss) to obtain the two-layered hollow body (T2). Alternatively, the molding of the outer layer is repeated in the same way to injection-mold the multilayered hollow body having three or four layers.
