Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate appplication of overload to winding in a method of inserting the winding into a rotary compressor by inserting the winding of maximum turning width into special groove when forming lubricating oil return passage without inserting the winding at all at part of the winding inserting groove of a stator iron core of the compressor. CONSTITUTION:Five series of main windings 10 and four series of auxiliary windings 11 displaced electrically in phase at 90 deg. with respect to the main windings are provided in the groove 6 of the stator iron core 7 of a motor element 4 press-fitted into a sealed container 3 storing lubricating oil 2 together with a rotary compressing element 5. A series of winding 12 of the maximum turn width of the auxiliary winding is inserted into the same groove 6'. The groove 6'' not inserted with the auxiliary winding 11 symmetrically at one side between the winding 12 and the winding 13 of next larger turn width is set as a passage for returning lubricating oil 2. Thus, it can eliminate application of overload to the winding without irregular Stress thereto at the winding end shaping time and without changing the winding distribution of the winding.
