Abstract:

To provide a surge current discharge method, a discharge testing device, and a discharge monitoring method for inspecting defect in which reinforcement embedded in a foundation part of a building or concrete of each floor is broken and dissolved due to lightning before ready-mixed concrete placing.

A pseudo method for inspecting high voltage current discharge discharging a surge current of a high voltage such as thunder, static electricity and electromagnetic waves from the grounded terminal of a lightning arrester laid in a building includes a noise sensor constituted to sense occurrence of the surge current by a visual sense or an auditory sense, and a high voltage current generator, connects power source cables to the positive pole of the high voltage current generator, discharges high voltage current to a negative pole oppositely arranged on the positive pole, and carries out a discharge endurance test.
