Abstract:
To solve the problem in which a water stop panel is conventionally attached to an opening part necessary for traffic of people, handling of objects, etc. and, as a mounting method, a watertight rubber on the lower surface of the water stop panel is pressed to a floor metal fitting provided between the pair of vertical stands erected at the opening, therefore, the floor metal fitting is indispensable and constructed horizontally on the floor surface of the opening, however, there are problems such as dust generation by chipping and curing period.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: Openings in any building, structure and constructions have a floor thickness of 5 to 25 mm; floor metal fittings are attached between a pair of mullions of the opening part to secure the fitting of the water stop plate and the adhesion with the watertight rubber; a groove having a depth of 2 to 20 mm and a surface width of 30 to 60 mm from the surface of a pavement is cut in the floor surface, and a bottom surface of the groove is a horizontal bottom surface; the floor metal fitting is laid in the groove by adhesive or a fixing means without a curing period in the installation method. Dust generation due to the floor surface cutting is reduced, and there is no curing period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
