Title:
METHOD FOR INSTALLING PRECAST REINFORCED CONCRETE-MADE CONTINUOUS FOOTING MEMBER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3223973
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and uniformly transmit load by laying and leveling filling sand so that only prescribed height is heightened between setting plates set at a plurality of positions on a crusher-run to form a bed rock.
SOLUTION: After a crusher-run 4 is charged in an excavated ground to perform rolling compaction, mortar 3 is filled into a part where the end of PCa-made continuous footing 1 comes, and the position and horizontal level of a setting block 2a are adjusted to be installed so as to form a setting plate. The sheet of thickness of 1-3 mm is set on the setting plate, and sand is filled so that it is higher than the height of the upper face of the thin plate on the crusher-run 4. Sand is evened by a scale stretched between the sheets to form a filling sand base board. After the thin plate is removed, the PCa-made continuous footing member is installed to refill peripheral ground so as to complete execution. Thereby a simple method for uniformly transmitting load to ground by a the whole bottom face of footing can be obtained, and a construction period reduction and the improvement of working efficiency can be realized.
