Abstract:
PURPOSE: To safely install a reaction tower by advancing the bottom part placed on a roller receiving base of a reaction tower toward a reaction tower set position while lifting the top part of the reaction tower by a lifting device provided on a self-standing frame body.
CONSTITUTION: A self-standing frame body 15 having a space capable of housing a reaction tower 10 in the lifted state on the inside is constructed, and a lifting device 22 is temporarily provided on the top part. A reaction tower 10 is laid on its side and placed on a carrying vehicle, and the top part 14 of the reaction tower 10 is carried into the frame body 16 through the opened vertical side surface of the frame body 16. The reaction tower 10 is then jacked up, the carrying vehicle is retreated, and the flange jig 30 of the lifting device 22 is mounted on the top part 13 of the reaction tower 10 to support it. The reaction tower 10 is then lowered to put the bottom part 40 on a roller receiving base 36. The roller receiving base 36 on which the bottom part 40 of the reaction tower 10 is placed is advanced toward a set position while the top part of the reaction tower 10 is lifted by the lifting device 2. Thereafter, the reaction tower 10 is substantially vertically lifted up, and then lowered to the setting position.
