Abstract:
PURPOSE:To determine and display a striking point of a feeder head by a weir breaking tool and its striking direction and to control the displayed numerical data by a robot by using a model molding schedule pattern to be used for the mold formation of a molded product for a control device of a weir breaking tool. CONSTITUTION:The coordinates of an instructing point of a molding schedule pattern A is inputted by a stylus pen 5 of a display system of the wire breaking robot and read out by a coordinate reader 6. A menu sheet 6a for indicating the instruction is formed on the reader 6 and the schedule pattern A is pasted to the surface of the device 6. A microcomputer 7 is connected to the pen 5, and a weir breaking robot 8, a ten key device 9, a display 10, and an external storage device 11 are connected to the computer 7. The original point of the instruction and another point of the schedule pattern A are indicated by the pen 5, the striking point of the weir breaking tool and its striking direction are found out from the coordinate point of X and Y axes by using the computer 7 and the found instruction data are displayed to control the robot 8.
