PURPOSE: To obtain a magnetic measuring method by which measurement accuracy can be improved in a wide temperature range from a room temperature to a very low temperature and an inexpensive magnetic measuring instrument which is used in the method and can be easily handled.
CONSTITUTION: The title device is provided with a sine wave generating means composed of a sine wave oscillator 1 and power amplifier 2, parallel resonating means composed of a boost transformer T which inputs the output of the amplifier 2 and outputs parallel resonance signals and capacitor Cr, and magnetic sensor which is composed of a coil 4 wound around a ferromagnetic core excited by the parallel resonance signals through a fixed impedance R. In addition, the device is also provided with detectors 6 and 7 which respectively detect the DC components of a positive and negative voltages generated across both ends of the coil 4 by detecting the voltages and adder 8 which obtains a magnetic measured value by adding the detected DC components of the positive and negative voltages to each other.
