To directly and integrally mold a gasket in a constituting parts of a fuel cell surely and easily by a simple constitution and without generating burr even in the case error is caused in plate thickness of the constituting parts of the fuel cell.
A device to integrally mold the gasket G in the constituting parts 7 of the fuel cell is equipped with a die 1 in which the constituting parts 7 of the fuel cell are set and a cavity 10 corresponding to the gasket G formed on its surface is formed, a material injection device 2 to inject a material of the gasket G into this cavity 10, and a control means 3 to control this material injection device 2. The control means 3 is equipped with a plate thickness measuring means 4 to measure the plate thickness T of the constituting parts 7 of the fuel cell to output plate thickness data, and a calculation treatment means 5 of controlling an injection amount of the material by the material injection device 2 based on the plate thickness data.
