METHOD FOR INTERCHANGING STORAGE PARTS AND STORAGE DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interchange the positions of a first and second storage parts which are vertically aligned by revolving synchronously the storage parts about a pivot between both the parts.
SOLUTION: A pivot 7 is supported by a supporting guide 8 so as to be movable in the depth direction of a storage cabinet 1. The guide 8 is inclined with respect to the horizontal direction in the depth direction of the cabinet 1 so that the guide 8 serves as a means for urging the pivot 1 in the depth direction of the cabinet 1. If a first and second storage parts 2, 3 interconnected by a supporting member 6 are revolved about the pivot 7, both the parts 2, 3 can be rotated synchronously with each other, while the pivot 7 is being moved in the depth direction of the cabinet 1. Thus one of the storage parts 2, 3 which are vertically aligned passes through the outside of the cabinet 1, while the other thereof passes through the inside of the cabinet 1, so that each of two parts is put in the other's place, and hence both the parts can be revolved continuously in the same direction in the same manner.
