PURPOSE: To perform reliable and easy adhesion and fixing of a framework by a method wherein a hook plate is fixed and besides, a stepped part is formed in a drop groove, a lateral horizontal is first kept by the stepped part, and a girder or a beam in a horizontal state is dropped.

CONSTITUTION: A hook plate 3 having a plurality of bolts 9 formed integrally with a thick part and a drop groove 8 approximately in a slanted V-shape having a vertical from an upper end part and an inclination part with a stepped part is fixed on the support member l side by means of the bolts 9 and an insertion groove 6 in a vertical direction is formed in an end. An intersection member 2 having an end part in the upper side of which a bolt is driven is lifted down in such a manner to engage with the hook plate 3 fixed to the support member 1. After the horizontal at the right and the left is confirmed by the stepped part of the drop groove 8, the intersection member 2 is simultaneously dropped to the lowermost part of the drop groove 8 and adhered. Finally, the intersection member 2 and the hook plate 3 are fixed together by other bolt at a lower part.
