Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method of judging drying completion in a batch processing drying apparatus, the method being capable of being automatically informed of drying completion of a work even when the object work and the throughput are altered.
CONSTITUTION: The amount of water in a drying chamber 1 or work temperature is continuously measured and a changing point of data yielded with the measurement is electrically recognized. At this time, drying completion is judged.
