Abstract:

PURPOSE: To preserve, transport, etc., fishes, shellfishes, crustaceans, mollusks, sea urchin, etc., by keeping an airtight state of a container used in the field of fisheries, foods, medicines, chemistry, etc.

CONSTITUTION: The shape of a connecting part of a container 2 to a lid 3 is built up in the form of a spherical shape 4, a square shape 4 or a triangular shape 4, etc., and the built up connecting part 4 of the container 2 to the lid 3 is a construction for sealing with an endless or a beltlike adhesive rubber tape 5 made of a rubber. The container 2 is prepared by integrally molding parts 8 for fixing the container body to partition plates 7 from expanded polystyrene and the partition plates 7 are used to prepare spaces 9 for placing fishes, shellfishes 1, etc., therein. Even if the fishes and shellfishes 1, etc., are placed in the spaces 9 formed in the interior of the container 2, the construction without bringing the container 2 made of the expanded polystyrene into contact with parts of scales present on the fish bodies is provided though contact points 29 of the partition plates 7 are brought into contact with the container 2 made of the expanded polystyrene.
