Abstract:
PURPOSE: To control the wetness of salt without generating wet salt by adding fine powder of salt having a specific average particle diameter to ordinary salt.
CONSTITUTION: Ordinary salt having an average particle diameter of 350-2,000μm and a water-content of 1.0-2.1% is mixed with 1-50wt.% of fine powder of salt having an average particle diameter of 40-150μm and a water-content of 0.05-10%. The water content of salt can be adjusted to 1-6% to obtain salt having high wetness and high water-content without generating wet salt.
