Abstract:

To provide a method of kinetic analysis for chromosome observing movement of chromosomes originating from parents in a tissue keeping good shape, for plants which had been hard to observe the situation of chromosomes, especially for higher plant, for example, wheat, especially for hybrid plants.

The method of kinetic analysis for chromosome sustains an embedded sample obtained by embedding an objective sample originating from a hybrid plant in a compound for sample embedding with a predetermined character and various marker probes obtained by marking at least two nucleic acids originating from analysis species suspicious as providing genome to the hybrid plant, each with different marking substances in a suitable condition in which the probes penetrate into the embedded samples, and annealing the marker probe with the nucleic acid which has a complementary sequence to the probe and originating from the hybrid plant, therefore, forms a hybrid of the probe and the nucleic acid originating from the hybrid plant organism, and observes the kinetic state of the chromosomes in the hybrid plant through signals originating from marker substance of the each marker probe in the formed hybrid.
