PURPOSE: To uniformly knead water and powdery material, by kneading the powdery material such as dried cement and a water absorption polymer such as acrylic acid/vinyl alcohol copolymer resin having water absorption power of ≥50 times and absorbed water.
CONSTITUTION: The water absorption polymer having the water absorption power of ≥50 times is allowed to absorb the water in advance. The prescribed powdery material is weighed and charged into a kneader or a mixer, etc., added with the above-mentioned water absorption polymer absorbed water and then kneaded. The compounding ratio of the powdery material to the water absorption polymer is, for example, in the range of several pts.wt. W one-several thousandths pts.wt. of the water absorption polymer to 100pts.wt. of the powdery material. The dried cement, gypsum, powdered putty and clay, etc., are exemplified as the powdery material. Then, the acrylic acid/vinyl alcohol copolymer resin, starch/acrylic graft copolymer, etc., are exemplified as the water absorption polymer.
