To provide a method for laying a communication cable into an underground conduit and a pipe-inside laying work device capable of exactly arranging a plurality of sag-preventing members at a prescribed position.
The method for laying the communication cable is configured such that: the communication cables 50, 51 are arranged at an upper side in a main pipe of the underground conduit from which at least one or more branches are branched to the main pipe 31; the sag-preventing members 80 are reduced in diameter by a diameter-reducing means 15 so as to be movable in the main pipe 31 and are fixed to the pipe-inside work device; the pipe-inside work device 1 is moved to the prescribed position in the main pipe 31 and turned so that the communication cables are arranged between a recessed part and the inside surface of the main pipe; the diameter-reducing means 15 is released; the sag-preventing members 80 are arranged in the main pipe 31; and the communication cables 50, 51 are held.
