Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute works for carrying panels for a vibration-proof slab into a subway tunnel and laying the panels with rubbers for absorbing vibration interposed.
SOLUTION: Temporary rails 15 are laid in a tunnel and a main post 18 is made available for traveling along the rails 15. A girder 19 is supported at its center from the right and the left with the main post 18 while an outrigger 20 is hung down from one end of the girder 19 so that is can be lifter up and down, and the other end of the girder 19 is supported with a support 22. The support 22 is formed so that it can travel on panels 13 laid previously. A hoisting device 25 for hoisting the panels 13 is mounted on the girder 19 so that it can move transversely. A horizontal moving jack 32 for moving to the right and the left, a yawing jack 33, and expandable/contractile jacks 34 and 34 are provided at the hoisting device 25, and the jacks undergo adjustment for positioning on installation. Furthermore, a transport device 36 for carrying the panels 13 is mounted on the temporary rails 15.
