The gear and the like provided with a rotary shaft is arranged in a center part of the device, and the racks and the like are symmetrically attached to fixing tables for diamond tools and the like. Also, respective racks and the like are set so as to engage with the gear and the like. The fixing table is advanced by pushing or pulling either one fixing table by a precision measuring instrument such as a micrometer and the like. The device is configured that the rack and the like attached to the advanced fixing table rotates the gear and the like then and simultaneously drives the rack and the like arranged on the symmetric side. With regard to a mechanism retracting the fixing table, springs and the like are arranged between the fixing tables.
