Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity by grinding and filling paste into holes of a rotating screen printing stencil in use of an outside blade while forming a base layer being impossible to heat-active and a raster pattern paste layer consisting of a hot melt adhesive layer being possible to heat-activate.
SOLUTION: A webbed plane pliable article 3 such as an inlay material for clothing is subjected to raster pattern coating with the use of a hot melt adhesive in a screen printing process. In this instance, a solution of a plastics substance or a paste 2 of dispersion liquid being impossible to heat-active is ground, while preferably filling holes partially, into the hole of a rotating screen printing stencil 1 from the outside by a blade 6. Then, the stencil 1 comes in contact with a plane article 3, and the article 3 is printed thorough the holes by the inner blade with the paste 2 by a paste 5 of a hot melt adhesive being possible to heat-active, and thereafter it is given drying and heating of double layer printing.
