Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the propagation of septic putrefactive living things, to entirely eliminate the danger of environment pollution and to maintain the quality of hay by treating the hay by using Bacillus pumilus. CONSTITUTION: The Bacillus pumilus (e.g.; ATCC 53682) or its mutant or equational body is added to the fresh hay under the conditions of enhancing the colony propagation of the living things to cause the remarkable propagation of these living things and eventually to prevent the colony propagation of the naturally induced putrefactive living things, by which the quality of the hay is maintained without causing the colony propagation of the putrefactive living things.
