Abstract:

To provide a thin chocolate having a curved surface formed into a chevron shape, tile-like shape, wavy shape, plate-like shape, inverse trapezoid- like shape or the like.

The method for making chocolate with a curved surface comprises the following steps: pouring chocolate liquid into a flexible mold, cooling the chocolate liquid so as to be a semisolid state, applying upward or downward force to at least one part of the bottom of the mold to make its surface curve, sufficiently cooling the mold with chocolate, and making the mold form again into a flat state.
