Abstract:
To provide a method for making electrolytic water capable of achieving the rustproof treatment of a metal product even if used in the washing or the like of the metal product incapable of forming metal rust on its surface.
In making electrolytic water, which can achieve the rustproof treatment of the metal product used in the washing or the like of the metal product incapable of forming metal rust on its surface, by electrolyzing water to which an electrolyte is added, water to which sodium sulfite (Na2SO3) is added as the electrolyte is electrolyzed to collect reducing water showing alkalinity made on a cathode side.
