PURPOSE: To prevent excessive vibration, impact loading and overheating for high speed printing by forming a first seamless tubular body with a cylindrical sleeve moving on a blanket cylinder and a compressible layer on it and a second seamless tubular body of the same material with a noncompressible layer on the same layer, and providing a seamless printing layer on the printing surface.
CONSTITUTION: A first compressible layer 62 forms a seamless tubular body 74 of an elastomer, and plural voids for giving compressibility are microholes formed by plural compressible microsphere 76 embedded in the body 74. The layer 62 penetrates the body 74, and has compressible threads 80 spirally extending around a backing layer 60. A second compressible layer 64 penetrates a seamless tubular body 90 and plural compressible microspheres 92 embedded and the body 90, and has compressible threads 94 spirally extending around the layer 62. A noncompressible layer 66 penetrates the seamless tubular body 100 of elastomer and a longitudinal noncompressible threads 102 penetrate the body and spirally extend around the layer 64, and are materials to cool down in operation, so over heating is prevented.
