Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a hollow porous microsphere at an ambient temperature or at a low temperature by blowing a film by giving a positive pressure of a blowing gas to an inner surface of the film of a composition containing dispersed particles, and generating a cylindrical film.
CONSTITUTION: The cylindrical liquid film 19 is formed by applying a blowing gas 6 at a positive pressure through a hollow tube 5 and an inner coaxial nozzle 5b to a dispersed particle containing composition film 18. Then, filaments 20, 22 and 24 and microspheres 21 and 23 are produced alternatively by continuous supply of a composition 2 and a blowing gas into a coaxial nozzle 10b. Next, by a lower pressure blow applied to the nozzle 10b, a composition liquid film containing dispersed particles of a cylinder 19 is blown into the blow. A microspore having a 3-5 times larger diameter than an inner diameter of an orifice 13 or 13a is produced.
