Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of making a knockdown piggy bank in which the spherical surface can be made a desired pattern.SOLUTION: The method includes: a circular arc piece making step by which six circular arc pieces are made that form a part of the outside of a spherical shape; a spherical shape assembling step by which the spherical shape is formed by assembling the six circular arc pieces made in the circular arc piece making step; a first coating preparation step by which a coating member is arranged in one hemisphere of the spherical shape formed in the spherical shape assembling step; a first coating step by which the coating is sprayed on the surface of the coating member arranged in the first coating preparation step; a second coating preparation step by which the coating member is arranged on the other hemisphere of the spherical shape formed in the spherical shape assembling step; and a second coating step by which the coating is sprayed on the surface of the coating member arranged in the second coating preparation step. The coating member is a hemispherical spherical shell shape that covers the hemispherical part of the spherical shape, and is provided with a plurality of openings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
