Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solutions for the problems such as complicated three-dimensional shape, thinness through light, and reuse of a modeling die.SOLUTION: Using a pair of modeling dies 1a and 1b which has a body molded with three-dimensional computer graphic processing, computer-aided design software, and a 3D printer (three-dimensional modeling), and using a net member 7 of roughly the same shape as the irregularities on the inner surface of the modeling dies 1a and 1b, washi raw material 10 in a solution 6 is made into paper. Then, it is pulled up from the solution 6 and pressed from above the net member 7 using a silicone pressing member to remove moisture and to form a molded object, and furthermore, in a state where the washi raw material 10 is molded, the left and right molds 1a and 1b are mated to obtain the integrated molded object, and blowing air and drying. The molded object shrunk by drying the washi raw material 10 deposited on the inner surface of the molding dies 1a and 1b is easy to remove and is thin but has a complicated three dimensional shape for improved strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
