PURPOSE: To make the paint film having an adhesive layer which can be easily used to exhibit the same or superior performance as or to that of powder coating, by spreading powder paint having flexibility after being cured onto one surface of a both-sided adhesive tape, and then hot-melting and cooling the paint.

CONSTITUTION: One surface of a both-sided adhesive tape 1, 2 prepared by coating or impregnating the two surfaces of a base material 1 such as the fabrics or non-woven fabrics of polyester with a flexible adhesive agent 2, 2 such as vinyl acetate is coated and protected with a separator 4. Powdery paint having flexibility after being cured such as ethylene vinyl acetate is spread to the other surface, hot-melted, cooled and cured to obtain a paint film 3 having an adhesive layer 2 on its one-sided surface. The thickness of said adhesive layer 2 is preferably at 30W200μm in general, the particle size of the powdery paint to be used is at about 60W200μm, and the thickness of the paint film is preferably at about 30W100μm.
