The method for managing the mixing of the raw materials of the chemical pulp includes preparing the chemical pulp by mixing two or more raw materials so that the molar ratio (S+SA)/(V+VA) of the total of syringaldehyde (S) and syringic acid (SA) obtained when oxidizing the lignocellulose material of the raw material with alkaline nitrobenzene, to the total of vanillin (V) and vanillic acid (VA) may be not less than 2 in the production of the chemical pulp, and preferably the raw materials may include a hardwood material. More preferably at least one or more materials belonging to the genus Eucalyptus of Myrtaceae are used as the hardwood materials.
